Within the United States, your Hello Hair products should be delivered within 2-4 business days.
Orders to addresses outside of the United States should take approximately 11 business days. Please allow 20 business days for these orders, as they may be delayed by your local customs authorities.

Every US order is shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx with tracking, the service provider is dependent on the size of your order.
Orders to Canada, Mexico, Central America and South America use UPS, with tracking provided.
Some orders to addresses outside of the US will be shipped from our headquarters in Australia. This will be to ensure a safer and quicker shipment to you. The package will have tracking, and will be delivered by your local service provider.
